Future upgrades to my software

All my programs were originally written in Visual Studio 6, a development environment which has served me well but which is now getting long in the tooth. Therefore, I've been converting them to Visual Studio 2008, which is the latest incarnation. So far these conversions have taken me two years of non-stop effort.

Not all will be converted - and that's what this page is about.

yRoute	Leave in VS6	N/A	Flight Sim X (FSX) is out now, and I'm not updating to support it. (Although since FSX looks like it might be the last version, I may still rewrite yRoute if enough people ask.)
yTimer2	Convert to VS2008	Not started	VS2008 + control collections = a nightmare.
yWriter5	Convert to VS2008	Conversion Complete	Released

Please note - to run apps written in VS2008 users will need to download the appropriate Common Language Runtime (CLR) from Microsoft. It's a free download.

Linux users can install and run the same programs using Wine.
